RECIPE

Stuffed Mushrooms

50-60 mushroom caps (depends on size)

Filling:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 Cup parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1/4 Cup chopped green onions

Mix together all filling ingredients. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, put under broiler until bubbly and pipping hot, watching carefully as not to burn. Enjoy!
