NOTE FROM STACY

I have to tell you, I love this business! It is so exciting to do something you truly love. I have the opportunity to work with incredible women on a daily basis; my Stacy McBride consultants and our hostesses. It is inspiring to see the consultants learning, growing and building their businesses. It is also very rewarding to meet our wonderful hostesses and to be welcomed into their homes. I feel so fortunate to do this through a fun venue - beautiful, eclectic jewelry and parties! What an incredible combination. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making every day delightful.

NEW ADDITION

We are happy to extend a warm welcome our newest consultant, Tammy Taylor, out of Texas. She is a mother of two wonderful children, Stephen who is 19 and working for ebay while going to school, and Ashlee who is 18 and working for Einstein's Bagels while going to school. "I enjoy socializing with my friends, reading, going to church, going to the movies...love the movies and volunteering with different organizations. I was in the banking industry for 15 years as a project manager doing system conversions and internet/webise upgrades. I am really excited about Stacy McBride!"

FALL APPETIZER

Potato Skins

8 potato skin halves
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup shredded Cojack cheese
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Sour cream

Place potato shells, skin side up, on broiler pan and brush with melted butter. Broil 5" from heat for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn potatoes over and sprinkle cheese, tomato and green onions into the potato hollow.

Return to oven and continue broiling about 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot. Serve hot with sour cream. 8 potato skins
