Newsletter - December 2008
NOTE FROM STACYEach holiday season I look forward to the many special traditions my family has celebrated over the years! Unpacking the festive decorations is always a treat, bringing back precious childhood memories. When my father was in the service, my parents lived in Germany and returned with numerous treasures; toys, beautiful glass ornaments, even a musical red spinning top and a little stuffed monkey with cymbals. We also love to bake! It is fun to see my grandmother's writing on many of the recipe cards. I am so thankful that I was able to make some of these with her in my earlier years, as the recipes are not always very complete and have instructions like "the dough should look or feel like..." I cherish these special memories and times with my family. I hope that you enjoy and embrace the value of your own traditions.
Many blessings to you and your families,
Stacy
