NOTE FROM STACY

One of the great things about 2008 fashion accessory and color trends is "there is something for everyone"! Colors range from earthtones, to traditional pastels in pinks, soft greens and medium blues to vibrant citrusy brights. Prints run the gamate also with everything from plaids, florals, to animal prints and nature-inspired themes. You will notice a continued theme of layering necklaces and stacking bracelets. If long & layered isn't your style, you can feel comfortable knowing that a simple chain with pendant or one of our many silk pieces will also be a good choice. STACY MCBRIDE CONVENTION

Join us for our 1st Annual Stacy McBride Collections Convention, "Building The Foundation For Our Future".
Friday, April 18th-Sunday, April 20th; 9:00 am-4:00 pm in Las Vegas, Nevada.

PARTY RECIPE

Crock Pot Spinach Bacon Dip

2 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
1 package frozen spinach, thawed (excess water squeezed out)
1/4 cup water chestnuts, diced
8 slices bacon, cooked and cumbled
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 package onion or vegetable soup mix

Cut cream cheese into cubes and place in the crock pot. Add cream; cover crock pot and cook on low for about an hour, or until cream cheese is melted. Add spinach, water chestnuts, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, and soup mix. Stir well to thoroughly combine.

Continue to heat on low for about 30 minutes. Serve this tasty dip straight from the crock pot, surrounded by a variety of dippers. Try bread sticks or bread cubes, hearty crackers, vegetable sticks such as carrots, peppers, and celery, as well as chunks of cauliflower, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.
