NOTE FROM STACY

Happy May! May brings back fond childhood memories for me of making "May Day" baskets. I would spend hours assembling, decorating and filling paper baskets with little floral bouquets and then making those special anonymous deliveries to surprise the neighbors. When I look at our charming new European glass floral "bon bon" bracelets, necklaces and earrings, it helps me relive some of those wonderful childhood moments. NEW ADDITIONS

We extend a warm welcome to consultant Kelli Alder in Placerville, CA. Kelli enjoys being mom to Andrea, Jessica, Chris and Zach. Kelli works in a doctor's office. She enjoys spending time with family. Her hobbies also include reading and decorating. Kelli is excited to get started and we are thrilled to have her join our team!

We also extend a special welcome to consultant Kimberly Smith in Bremerton, WA. She loves shopping, cooking, entertaining and reading. Kimberly works for a bank full time as a drive-up teller. RECIPE

Perfect Guacamole, submitted by Rebecca

2 ripe avocados
1/2 red onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
A dash of freshly grated black pepper
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
(serves 2-4. Double the recipe for parties.)

Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.

Using a fork, mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime or lemon, salt, pepper and mash some more. Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation from the air reaching it.

Just before serving, add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix. Serve with tortilla chips.
