NOTE FROM STACY

It's a very exciting time at Stacy McBride Collections as we prepare for the arrival of two brand new collections "Serendipity" and "Simplicity". You have seen a "sneak peak" on our website as we couldn't wait to show you some intial pictures, but you will soon be able to see them in person. They are due to arrive the end of this month.

Both collections were personally designed by me with nature in mind. The vibrant shades of greens and purples, accented by antique brass beads (and some of my favorite icons such as flowers and dragonflies) in the Serendipity collection remind me of being out in nature and the little surprises you always seem to find. With the Simplicity collection I loved the soft brushed silver chains combined with water-color hughes of blues, aqua and purples. This collection has wonderful hand-wrapped detail and many are accented with tiny seed pearls. These truly are a dream come true and I hope you will enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Host a qualifying show of $299 or more and you will receive double 1/2 price items. RECIPE

Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake

1 8 1/2 pkg chocolate wafer cookies crushed
3 T butter melted
8 oz white choc. Broken into pieces
1 1/2 lbs cream cheese softened
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 T vanilla extract
2 c whipping cream divided
2/3 c raspberry jam
1/2 c ground walnuts
Pre-heat oven at 350. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of L round mold. Arrange chocolate pieces over the crust. Place cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl and beat until blended. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and 1 1/2 c whipping cream. Beat at medium speed for 10 mins. Spoon 2/3 of cream cheese mix over the chocolate onto the crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam on the mixture. Swirl with a knife gently through the mixture for a marbling effect. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until set. Let cool and refridgerate.

To serve, whip 1/2 c whipped cream and pipe around edges. Sprinkle with chocolate and walnuts.
