We are pleased to welcome Jackie Markley, from South Central Pennsylvania to our team! Jackie has three grown children, ages 25, 23 and almost 20, plus two grandchildren, ages 5 and 7. She has many years experience in Direct Sales and is looking forward to her new journey with Stacy McBride Collections. Jackie also works outside the home as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She is looking forward to going back to school to further her education.

RECIPE

Jicama Corn Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups frozen corn
2 lbs of jicama, cut into small pieces
4 mangos (frozen is ok), cut into small pieces
1 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
diced jalapeno (optional)
Mix all ingredients, chill and serve.
