As much as I enjoy Summer, I must admit that I love the shades of Fall. Our newest collections are arriving and the crystals and semi-precious stones are absolutely beautiful. You will see wonderful crystals in gold, smokey brown and olive with hints of orange-red used as accents in some of our newest Simple Radiance pieces. Other popular elements include tiger’s eye, agate, amber, carnelian, turquoise and jade. These semi-precious stones add warmth and richness to the line.

RECIPE

Broccoli Salad submitted by Linda Lockett, FL consultant

1 broccoli head cut into small pieces
5 green onion, cut fine
10 bacon slices, fried crisp & broken into small pieces
1/2 cup raisins
Mix above into a serving bowl

Dressing:
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar (apple cider)

Mix together and add to the above salad and refrigerate 30 mins. before serving.
